Rung one

Build it yourself, with our notes

The exact steps, prompts and settings from real builds, written for someone who has never opened a terminal. You do the work, and it costs almost nothing.

If you have an idea and no money, that is a real starting point rather than a polite no.

The playbooks are the working notes behind the six systems: what to set up, in what order, what to type, and the specific decisions that matter more than they look like they should. They are the same material used on businesses we own and still run, with the client names taken out.

What they are not

Not a course. Not a webinar. Not a community. No cohort, no calls, no upsell path. They are written documents that tell you how to do a specific thing, and when you have done it you are finished with them.

Honest status

The first playbook is being written and none are published yet. Publishing an empty library would be worse than not having this page, so the page says so instead.

Leave your email and you will get the first one when it exists. Nothing else will be sent to you.

In the meantime

The most useful thing on the site for someone building it themselves is the day by day breakdown of an install. It tells you the order things go in, which is the part most people get wrong. Doing demand before the funnel is the single most common and most expensive mistake.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need to be technical?

No. That is the whole premise. The person who wrote these is not a developer and cannot write the code either. The playbooks are the instructions that made that irrelevant.

Why would you give this away?

Because most people who read them will do it themselves, and that is a fine outcome. The ones who decide they would rather not know exactly what they are buying when they come back.

Eight businesses, one operator

Send one paragraph about the business.

What it does, what it charges, and which of the six systems is hurting most. You will get back a fixed price, a start date, and an honest answer about whether an install is even the right thing for you.
