The same sequence every time. That is what makes the price and the date promisable before we start, and it is why nothing here is a discovery phase you pay for.
Days one to five: stand it up
The business gets an address, an identity, and a place for work to arrive.
- Day 1. Domain, business email, logo and marks, all registered in your name, not ours.
- Day 3. Site live on real hosting, written for the customer you actually want.
- Day 5. Every enquiry route lands in one place. Nothing dies in a personal inbox again.
Days eight to eleven: stop the leaks
Follow-up and money stop depending on somebody remembering.
- Day 8. Instant reply, booking link, and follow-up that runs itself when someone goes quiet.
- Day 11. Invoices out on completion, payments matched off the bank feed, deadlines on watch.
Days fourteen to seventeen: bring the work in
Something for search to find, and somebody always there to answer it.
- Day 14. Pages built for the suburbs and services you are actually chasing.
- Day 17. The inbox starts answering the twenty questions you answer every week.
Days nineteen to twenty-one: hand it over
- Day 19. The morning page starts arriving.
- Day 21. Every login, a recorded walkthrough, and the playbook for running it without us.
What you own at the end
Every domain, account, file and piece of source, in your name, from the first day rather than the last. On day twenty-one you get all of it plus the walkthrough and the written playbook.
There is no hosting you cannot leave, no domain held for leverage, and no source you have never seen. Agencies build the opposite on purpose, which is why you have heard this promise before and not believed it.
What it costs
Priced against what you did not have to buy: an administrator at seventy five to eighty five thousand a year, an agency retainer at twenty four to forty eight thousand a year, or a quoted build at fifteen to forty thousand once. The install is a fraction of one of those, paid once.
Ask for the number and you get it in the first reply, along with a start date and an honest answer about whether an install is the right thing for you at all.
