One: playbooks
The steps, prompts and settings from real builds. You do the work. A one off, for an idea with no budget yet. How the playbooks work.
Two: the install
All six systems built for you in about three weeks, then handed over with the logins and a walkthrough. Fixed price, fixed scope, paid in instalments. The most common way in. What the three weeks contain.
Three: the operator
You would rather not run any of it. The systems stay ours to run and improve, and you get the morning page. A flat monthly, bounded scope, replaces a hire. What the monthly covers.
Four: together
Occasionally an idea is worth more than the fee for building it. Then we build it for a share of the thing instead of an invoice. Equity or revenue share, by invitation, and rarely.
The comparison that actually matters
You are not choosing between this and nothing. You are choosing between this and payroll.
| What | Cost | How often |
|---|---|---|
| One office administrator, all in | $75,000 to $85,000 | every year |
| A marketing agency retainer | $24,000 to $48,000 | every year |
| A custom site with bookings, quoted | $15,000 to $40,000 | once, over four months |
| The install, all six systems | a fraction of one of them | once, over three weeks |
This is the whole argument. Not that the work is cheap, but that the headcount and the retainer were the expensive part, and they are no longer the only way to get the work done.
