Rung three

You would rather not run any of it

The systems stay ours to run and improve, and you get the morning page and a person who answers. A flat monthly fee, bounded scope, and it replaces a hire rather than adding one.

Some owners want the systems and not the job of running them. This is that.

Everything in the install goes in first. Then it stays with us: watched, maintained, and improved a little every month, with the morning page arriving whether or not anything needed doing.

What the monthly actually covers

  • The six systems kept running, including the boring parts that break quietly
  • Copy, pages and follow-up sequences improved as you learn what works
  • Enquiry sources reviewed monthly, and the ones producing nothing cut
  • A person who answers, rather than a ticket queue
  • One page a day, and a short monthly note on what changed and why

What it replaces

One administrator, at roughly seventy five to eighty five thousand a year all in. That is the comparison the price is set against, and it is why the number is a fraction of it rather than a fraction of an agency retainer.

The bounds, which are the point

There is a ceiling in dollars that we cannot move. There are gates on anything irreversible. There is a trail behind every action, in plain sentences, kept and exportable. All three are described in the bounds, and none of them are optional settings.

Where it stops

Four decisions stay yours and we will not take them, even if asked: what the business is for, who works there and what they are paid, any spend above your ceiling, and when to stop.

Talk it through and we will tell you whether the monthly is worth it for you or whether you are better off buying the install once and running it yourself.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a lock-in period?

No. You own everything already, so leaving means telling us to stop. We will hand over a current walkthrough on the way out.

What is not included?

Anything that needs a licence we do not hold, anything requiring staff on the ground, and work outside the six systems. The monthly is deliberately bounded so it cannot quietly become an open retainer.

Eight businesses, one operator

Send one paragraph about the business.

What it does, what it charges, and which of the six systems is hurting most. You will get back a fixed price, a start date, and an honest answer about whether an install is even the right thing for you.
