Privacy

This site collects almost nothing, because it has almost nothing to collect it with. Here is the complete list.

This page needs a legal review before launch and has not had one. It is written to be accurate rather than to be a template.

What this site collects

  • One cookie, set only if you dismiss the cookie notice, so the notice stays dismissed. It holds the word “accept” or “decline” and nothing else.
  • Nothing else. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no session recording and no third party script other than the web fonts described below.

There is no contact form on this site, so there is no form data.

Web fonts

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If that matters to you, the fonts can be self hosted on request and probably should be.

If you email us

An email you send to hello@kdai.au is held in a mailbox and read by one person. It is kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as tax records require, and it is not added to any list, sold, or shared.

Data we hold for clients

If we build or run systems for your business, the accounts holding your data are in your name from day one. We hold access, not ownership. When work ends, our access ends and your data stays where it always was. Every action taken in those systems keeps a plain language record you can request or export at any time.

Having something removed

Email hello@kdai.au and say what you want removed. There is no process, form or portal between you and that.

Eight businesses, one operator

Send one paragraph about the business.

What it does, what it charges, and which of the six systems is hurting most. You will get back a fixed price, a start date, and an honest answer about whether an install is even the right thing for you.
